Due to the high temperatures in certain regions, orders shipped to warm climates, including Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Utah and Puerto Rico will not qualify for free shipping. To ensure the safe arrival of your chocolate, we recommend selecting expedited shipping options. With USPS, there is no guarantee of arrival on the USPS quoted date of delivery. Sweet Vegan Chocolate takes extra care in packaging your orders, but we are not responsible for any melting or damages that may occur during shipping and transit.

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Please note that during busy periods (such as the Holidays) or for custom orders, there may be slight delays. We ship within the US mainland via USPS Priority Mail, and delivery typically takes 3-10 business days. Sweet Vegan is not responsible for any delays once the package is with USPS. We offer same-day delivery within New York City (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island) on orders placed by 11 AM EST. If you miss the cutoff, feel free to call us to check availability.
We’re also available on DoorDash (limited selection) for quick delivery during the day.
