Thanks for shopping at Sweet Vegan! If you had an issue with your order, we are here to help. We aim for the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy:

  1. All Sales Are Final

    Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Contact us at info@sweetvegan.nyc within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any concerns.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your chocolates came melted or damaged, do not send the package back to us. We cannot be held accountable for melted or damaged chocolate during transit and delivery.

  1. Deliveries and Shipping

Sweet Vegan is not responsible for failed deliveries:

  • When an incorrect or outdated address is entered on your order.
  • When the recipient is out of town or not available.
  • When packages are lost, stolen or damaged.
    1. For subscription orders change of address:

    Seasonal subscription holders are responsible for changing the delivery address.

  • Through the Members Account for quarterly subscriptions.
  • By contacting us (email or phone) for Pay Once subscriptions.
  • Sweet Vegan is not responsible for failed deliveries.

    Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for product and reshipment.

    If an order is incorrect or incomplete, contact us at info@sweetvegan.nyc within 48 hours with your order number, photos and issue details. We will resolve the problem promptly.
