We currently offer shipping to:

United States & Canada – We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (U.S. only, excluding Hawaii & Alaska)

USPS Priority Mail – Estimated 1-3 business days¹

USPS Priority Express – Estimated next-day to 2 days²
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We recommend placing orders in advance whenever possible!
¹ USPS Priority Mail does not deliver on Sundays.
² Orders must be placed before 11 AM EST for Priority Express.

FedEx Shipping
We also offer FedEx shipping, including overnight delivery options. If you’d like to use FedEx, please contact us at info@sweetvegan.nyc or call 917-334-3636 to arrange.
Please note: Once a package is in transit, delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control, and shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

USPS Priority Mail orders ship Monday-Wednesday to ensure chocolates arrive in good condition.

5 .Warm Weather Shipping Notice
Shipping to Warm States
Due to the extra shipping costs for ice packs and cooling measures required for warmer regions, orders shipped to warm states, including Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah, do not qualify for free shipping. We recommend selecting expedited shipping to help ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
While we take extra care in packaging your chocolates, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage or melting that may occur during shipping and transit.
Seasonal Impact
During the warmer months, when temperatures rise above 75°F, shipping rates may be adjusted to cover the additional costs for cooling measures, such as ice packs, to keep your chocolates fresh. Our goal is to deliver your order in perfect condition, no matter the weather, and we appreciate your understanding as we take extra care in packaging.
We take great care in packaging your chocolates to help them arrive in perfect condition. However, once they’re on their way, shipping conditions can sometimes be unpredictable. While we can’t guarantee they’ll be completely unaffected by transit, please know that we’re here to help if you have any concerns! Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
6. Shipping Delays
We do our best to ensure your chocolates arrive on time, but sometimes unexpected delays can happen due to weather, postal disruptions, or other factors beyond our control. While we can’t refund shipping fees for delays caused by the carrier, we are here to help make sure you have a great experience with Sweet Vegan. We will do our best to assist should any issues arise!
International Orders & Customs
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on the country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
