Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Domestic: All 50 States in the United States, and Canada.
  • International: We are able to provide international shipping, please contact us at info@sweetvegan.nyc or call us at 917-334-3636 to discuss.

Shipping and Delivery Methods 

We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping (Domestic, excluding Hawaii and Alaska)

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days¹.
  • USPS Priority Express: next-day to 2-days². 

The delivery dates are not guaranteed.

 ¹ USPS Priority Mail does not deliver on Sundays.

² Place your order before 11AM EST. 

      2. Fedex 

We are able to provide shipping through FedEx, please contact us at info@sweetvegan.nyc or call us at 917-334-3636 to discuss. We recommend using Fedex for overnight deliveries.

Please be advised: If delivery is delayed by the carrier for any unforeseeable reason, Sweet Vegan is not responsible and is not able to refund shipping fees.  

Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Warm States

Due to the high temperatures in certain regions, orders shipped to warm climate states, including Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah do not qualify for free shipping. We recommend selecting expedited shipping options. Sweet Vegan Chocolate takes extra care in packaging your orders, but we are not responsible for any melting or damages that may occur during shipping and transit.

Seasonal Impact

During the warmer months and when temperatures rise above 75°F, shipping rates may be affected in cooler zones, and an additional fee for cooling measures will apply. Our goal is to deliver your chocolates fresh and delicious, regardless of the weather. Thank you for your understanding as we prioritize the quality and care of your order!

Sweet Vegan Chocolate takes extra care in packaging your orders, but we are not responsible for any melting or damages that may occur during shipping and transit. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Shipping & Processing Time

USPS Priority Mail orders are usually shipped Monday through Wednesday, to ensure the chocolates are delivered in good condition. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipping. Please contact us at info@sweetvegan.nyc or call us at 917-334-3636 for more details about expedited orders. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Recommended, place your order in advance and let us know the date that you would like your order to arrive.

International Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
