Every NYC Chocolate Bar begins with carefully tempered chocolate, poured and molded in small batches. We take our time with each step—from achieving the right texture and finish to carefully releasing each bar from its mold.
02 / The finishing
It’s All in the Details.
Once the chocolate is ready, the artistry begins. Each bar is individually finished by hand, bringing dimension, shimmer and character to every bar. Because this work is done by hand, no two bars are exactly alike. Those subtle variations are part of what makes each one special.
